André de Villiers has over 20 years experience in residential sales and property management in Cape Town.  

Andre owns four Chas Everitt International offices in Cape Town.  These are located in Wynberg / Trovato (Southern Suburbs),  Constantia and Tokai (Constantiaberg) and the fourth in Fish Hoek (False Bay).

Recognised for his innovation and use of technology from the Property Professional magazine André was a recipient of the 'Young Lions' award, at the prestigious annual function held at the Arabella Resort in June 2003.

The Constantiaberg franchise is consistently one of the top 5 franchisees in the group which now has 97 offices throughout South Africa.  Andre's Constantia team has won the Top Partnership Award (National) for three of the last four years.

André was the first Western Cape Regional Chairman of the Chas Everitt International Group and early in 2007 was again elected by his peers to this position.  In July 2007 Andre was also appointed National Brand Manager for the Chas Everitt International group.

André is an active member of the Irish South African Association as well as a number of real estate industry organisations as well as actively involved in a number of community organisations including the Kalk Bay & St James Ratepayers Association, and Kalk Bay & St James Neighbourhood Watch ( www.KalkBayStJames.co.za ).

Andre's external interests are "travel travel travel" having visited some forty countries besides Ireland which he visits annually in June, including Antarctica three times!  Andre also owns a farm three hours from Sao Paulo in Brazil. More on www.AndredeVilliers.co.za
